Window balances

Question

I need to find 4 of these window balances. They are 7/16" wide and 37-1/4" long. They are from a storm door with two windows. There is no identification on the door. The label is gone. The windows cover the full view screen on the door. The windows measure 29-1/2" wide by 37-1/2" long. The only markings on the balances are 35AE, B.S.I. and OP. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or information to find these balances. Hopefully it is something you have in stock. Thank you in advance.
