Window balances

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel for this balance should measure 26-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double check to be safe.

In the meantime, can you tell us the stamp that's printed on the smaller window's balance? You may also want to confirm that the configuration is the same as what you show in these photos, other than the length.
