Window balances

Question

Non tilt windows need 6 balances, they measure 24" x 1/2 inch. However, most of your website pictures look similar, without measurements, so I'm unsure which model to order.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance has a winged top and a wingless bottom fitting. With that in mind, have a look at the S395-24. This appears to be a good match but have a look at the specifications and let me know if you have any questions.

There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel. Those numbers will tell you what strength option to select for your replacements.
