Window balances

Question

Need to order two window balances as in the picture. I believe they're 30 inch. They go on a PGT double Hong Window series 4000 if that helps.

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. My recommendation is the Series 380 or Series 385. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate which option you'll need for the replacements.
