Window balances

Question

Hello,

I removed these balances from a slider window at my cabin. I cannot find any maker mark on the window and the person who bought and installed them has passed away.

I need to replace them and was wondering if you could help me identify what it is that I need.

The metal channel measures 21 7/8" long, 5/8" deep and 9/16" wide. Both ends have the winged tips. The front or top is 1 1/4" long and 3/4" deep. The back or bottom guide is 1 3/8" long and 1 1/8" deep.

I will need four of them.
