Question

Part stamped 21B, channel is 1/2" wide 22" long. Part stamped  21D, channel is 1/2" wide 22" long. Part stamped 15 D ,channel is 1/2" wide and 16" long. Measured according to instructions on your web site

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balances can be replaced with either the Series 351 or the Series 390 Channel Balances. You'll need to measurement the depth of your bottom shoe to determine the correct replacement. The diagram below shows the shoe that matches the series.

You can likely use the 1540 stamp for the 16" balances. For the 22" balances, I believe you'll need the 2120 (to replace the 21B) and the 2140 (to replace the 21D).

Be sure to double check that the sash weights fall between the weight ranges shown the chart. You'll find them below the product description of the balances.
