Window balances

The channels are both is 14 inches in length
The width of both channels is 1/2 inch.
Non-tilt windows
Are S351-14,1320 and 1330 the right replacements?

Hey Nancy. Good work. I agree, if the shoe depth (see below) is 1", then this looks like an S351-14 Channel Balance. Your translation to our stamp options (13B to 1320, and 13C to 1330) also make sense. I would just add however that if these balances are from the same window, they really should have the same stamp option. I'd weigh the window sash in that case to determine what the proper stamp option is. Let us know if you have further questions.

Thank you so much for the info!Before placing the order, I just want to make sure of something. If the shoe depth seems to measure 1 1/8 inches, I would order S390-14 option 1320 and option 1330? You have been so very very helpful and I appreciate it very much.Nancy

Hi Nancy, thanks for the kind words. Yes, if the shoe depth is 1-1/8", you want the Series 390 Channel Balance instead of the Series 351. And for 14" long metal channels, you want the S390-14. Assuming the different stamps belong to balances from different windows, you'd go with 1330 and 1320 respectively. But again, if they were from the same window, I'd weigh the window sash to see what stamp option has the right weight range for the window, because balances from the same window should have the same stamp rating.
