Window balances

I need to replace two window balances and also the bracket that is screwed into the window (only one of those)

Thanks for writing in! The balance pictured here is a custom Apex style channel balance. These can be identified by the staple-like bracket installed to the shoe. I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) balances as requested.

The "bracket" at the top corners of the sash are the top sash guide. Yours reminds me of the 18-008. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right replacement.
