The window balances are 37" long. They are stamped "36 4 LN CALDWELL".

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the S378-37, S380-37, or S385-37. The only difference between these three channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3640.

Looks like I'm going to want to go with the S380. Mine are just under 1" and over 7/8". I suspect that's because of wear over 30 years.
I'm also interested in replacing the glazing on these windows. I've attached some photos to illustrate the profile of the snap in galzing that I have now. The channel in the window is 3/8". Glazing is white. I would really like to replace it with glazing with a curved profile if that is an option.

Yep, if the shoe depth is just under 1" but still greater than 7/8", then it's likely a Series 380 and the shoe just wore down from age.
As far as the glazing bead, my first thought is it looks a little like Rollyson 55-158-6. Please compare and let me know what you think.
