I need to know what balances I need to replace these as well as I need the shoes that attach to the window

Hello,

Your spiral balance with the bracket fixed to the end is no longer available, but we often suggest the S500 for non-tilt windows with the 17-012 mounting bracket. You'll need to confirm if the housing tube of your balance has the same 5/8" diameter. You'll also need to measure the housing tube as shown below. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your color option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting!
