Window balances

I am not able to choose the correct balance with your pictures on the website. Could you please assist me. They are 1/2 inch square. The first is 24 in with the inscription 2320 the second is 16 inches with the inscription 15B.

You only submitted one image, which is of the bottom shoe. I can tell that your balance likely has the 15-005 shoe attached to the bottom, but I do not know what Series you have without seeing the top attachment as well.

Tom,

I went to order the two different balance lengths and had trouble with the 16" one. The options given do not include 15 B that is stamped on my balance. Which one should I choose?

The S371-24 corresponding stamp will be the 2320, and the S371-16 will be 1520.
