Question

I have a window that is single hung non tilt and the mechanism that pulls it up and down is broke.

The measurements are 1/2 inch wide by 27 inches long. I think the number on the top is 15p142, and the shoe is 105p with a 102 in a circle and a 2 by itself. On the carriage there are numbers 25. 4. AP. Caldwell.

Hope u can help me figure this out. I looked on line at you're diagrams and there so close I wasn't sure what to do. Let me know if u need pics. I need 8 of these. Thank you very much

If I were you, I would start by looking at our S385-26 channel balance with a 2540 option. Carefully compare the specs of this balance to your own and see how well they match. If they differ in any way, please let me know exactly how. Thanks!
