Window balances BSI 2820 and we need clips

It looks like you have either our S351-29, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2820 spring strength option for your replacement balances. 

With that being said, your shoe looks rather small. If the depth measures 7/8", let us know and we can go from there. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a 7/8" bottom fitting without wings as shown in your photos but we can provide custom balances with the 7/8" deep 15-029 winged bottom and non-winged 19-002 top fittings. We'd just need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send you an order link and price quote. 

Though the wings of the 15-029 may not be a problem, you could also try purchasing the S351-29 channel balances and shaving down the back of the bottom fitting to match your original balance. Just keep in mind that once parts are modified, they are no longer eligible to be returned. 

Unfortunately, we can't recommend one over the other since neither is an exact match for your original balances. It's completely up to you if you would like to try our stock S351 balances first or if you would like to try the custom balances with a 7/8" shoe.
