Window balances are needed

Question

My window size is 32" W x 35 1/2" H.
Manufacturer was ATI Windows.
The length of metal piece (channel) is 33".
The stamp on the channel is "DB 102 3230" as you can see on the first picture.
Please identify it and tell me your part number so that I can order them.

Hi, Hank.

This looks like our S390-33 with the 3230 strength option. This balance comes attached with the 15-001 1-1/8" deep shoe so you'll need to compare the specifications to yours to confirm this matches up.
