Window balances for hotel non tilt

A contractor from Fort Wayne, IN says:
25" metal channel 5/8" wide

Stamp: 24-4 LG5 CMC 54

We want to do a test on one window window so we would need a quantity of 4

But then almost all or all of them need replaced in the entire hotel which has four per room x 102 rooms, so It would be about 408 total quantity but I have to show them the benefit of replacing one window first

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-25, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-25, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2440 spring strength option for your replacement balances.

As for the top sash guide shown in your first photo, we would need to see one completely removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Unfortunately, The measurement on that white runner piece is 1 1/16 inches, The color of it more closely matches the 1 inch but my assumption is it's probably worn down over the years so it might have originally been 1 1/8. My guess is either one would work.

I am attaching pictures of the top sash guide piece and I am also attaching a picture of the clip that's on the window frame rail some of those are broken too so we're gonna have to replace those if possible.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks

Russ

Your bottom fitting has most likely worn down a bit over time. As long as the depth is over 1", I would recommend the S390 channel balance.

As for your top sash guide, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 18-159P to yours.
