Window balances need replacing.

A quick learner from VA says:
My windows are a double hung windows from 1996. The balances are now starting to shoot out and need to be replaced. It looks like I need the S380-31, but I would love an experts opinion.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

As long as the depth of your shoe is 1", as indicated by your photo, then the S380-31 should be a great option. The only other possibility is our S385-31, which has a 1-3/32" deep shoe.
