Window balances needed

This is a balance from a job we are working on. Unfortunately, this is all that our technician brought to me. It is 37" with the code 36TG0/0. It is a tilt window. Please let me know if you need any other information.

We'd be happy to help but the balance shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We'll need to see the fitting attached to the pulley cord of an intact balance from the other side or an identical window to confirm the correct replacements.

Your first photo looks like it may be showing a type of balance fitting or pivot shoe but it also appears to be broken. If so, we'll need to see an intact version to narrow down your options. Thank you!
