Window balances and hardware

Question

I have a small window with failed balances and broken hardware. The balances are 16" long and 1/2" wide. I've provided photos of the balances with a photo of the stamp, as well as the balance clips/brackets. I appreciate your help. Please respond as needed.

Thanks for posting. This channel balance looks like either an S351-15 or S390-15. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1440.

For the top sash guide, see if either the 18-009 or 18-166 match what you have. Let me know if anything differs.
