Window balances and parts to replace

Question

Need help identifying and finding parts.
Also if found, how to remove and install new parts.
If parts can't be found, is there an after market fix that I can try.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Looks like you need to replace your spiral balance and pivot shoes. For your pivot shoe, start by looking at our 15-045. Go over the width and thickness of the shoe and let me know if this matches. For your spiral balance, we need the diameter and length of the of the outer tube. We will also need you to weigh your window sash. That precise weight will tell us how your balance should be calibrated. Many thanks.
