Window balence

Question

The old window balance's were broken and need two new window balance. It is 20 inches long, 1/2 inch deep and 5/8 wide.

Your balance looks like our Series 765 at first glance, but your balance appears to be lacking the same hook at the bottom as ours does. Has it broken off? Or did this never have one to begin with?

If not, can you show me how your balance attaches to the pivot shoe?

I also see you need a new pivot bar. Can you show me an undamaged version of this part? Yours is just a little too damaged to ID.
