I'm trying to find new window balances for my single hung vinyl windows. The ones on there are stamped 24-9 BSI. The metal portion measures 25 inches. I would like replacements with ends attached.

I see you ordered S350-25. Not a bad choice, but I can't verify it. If you want us to look into it, please send photos of the attachments on the balance, and weigh the window sash that the balance lifts. We will need that information to check what you bought.
