Please confirm the diameter of the tube, since it should be either 3/8" or 5/8". Also, you will need to remove and weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. Thank you!

I apologize, I should have been more clear. We'll need the diameter of the metal tube beneath the plastic tube. The white, plastic tube is a cover for the internal part of the spiral balance. If you could confirm that dimension, we should have everything we need to match you up with the correct balance. Thank you.

By the looks of it, it seems like you'll need our S900-28 spiral balance. Please confirm the length of the metal tube, not including the spiral portion, to make sure you purchase the correct balance.
