Thanks for posting. Did you need a pivot shoe, or a balance? We can help with both, but we'll need more information to go forward.

If you needed the pivot shoe, please tell me how thick it is. You may find it easier if you remove it from the window beforehand.

For the balance, can you confirm if its a spiral balance? If it is, tell me the diameter and length of the outer tube.

Yes, I need a 37 inch spiral ballast. And the shoe to go with it. I need four of each. Thickness of ballast looks to be 9/16 by 37 in Long The shoe looks to be 2 and 1/8. By 9/16 by 1 and 1/4

Thanks! In that case, I recommend the S600-37 spiral balance. This matches your dimensions precisely. For the shoe, see our 15-118. This is also 9/16" thick and 1-1/4" wide, which are the essential dimensions.
