Balances are for norandex windows that were installed in 2003

Hi I was wondering if you could help me identify the parts I need.
I have 2 different balances I'm looking for one is 30 inches the other is 36 inches I have attached photos please advise.

Thanks for contacting us. Take a look at our S380-23 channel balance, this looks like it'd be a good replacement option.
