Hello! We unfortunately don't sell this exact type of top sash guide, but you can use our 18-171 as an alternative. You'll note right away that the top portion is a lot taller than your original. It will still work, but you need to use a utility knife to cut that top part down to size so that you have clearance. If you do this, just make sure to wear gloves and take all necessary safety precautions.
