This is a 14" window block and tackle, measured metal only. The bottom plastic is different from the ones that come up on my search. There was only one in this window when I removed the sash, and this one just fell out. Not even sure it's original for this window, since it's an odd shaped end, and since it fell out. What is the "G" for? Do you have replacements for it!

Thanks for reaching out! Your balance is similar to the Series 350 Channel Balance but it would likely need to be a custom assembly. The shoe appears to be the 15-029 Winged Channel Balance shoe, which has a 7/8" depth.
