Window block and tackle sach balance

Thanks for reaching out!   am confident we have a replacement balance we can supply you with however, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash. Unfortunately, we cannot use it to identify the exact series you need.

Thanks for the photos! The balances you have are not a standard balance in our inventory and will need to be a custom-made assembly. They are made by a completely different manufacturer from the balances we stock.

That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these custom-assemblies; there is an order minimum of (2) balance per custom balance. They will come with the same top and bottom plastic attachments on them.
