Hello! This part is called a top sash guide. Yours looks like it might be our 18-178 since it has that same little piece of wool pile on the top cap. That said, it's difficult to be sure from a broken part. I recommend starting by comparing your hardware to the 18-178 and see how they match up. If ours doesn't look like it will work, try your best to find another top sash guide in good condition from another window for us to research further.
