Window brand maybe "Silverline"

A quick learner from Highland Park, NJ says:

After some googling, it seems the part I need will be the coil and support for Capitol windows.

Thank you.

Hello,

I would recommend removing your coil balance assembly from the window to compare to our 15-180 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Look over these parts and related items to replace any damaged parts of your coil balance assembly. Thank you!

Thanks so much for reply.
Another question. It seems that the pivot par does not simply disengage with a twist of the
sash. Is it possible that you need to loosen the pivot bar set screw on the side and then move pivot bar inward to disengage it from the shoe?

No, you never want to unscrew the pivot bar from the sash before it's removed from the window frame. Twisting the sash out from the shoes is the only recommended method. The trick is to make sure that you push one pivot shoe up higher than the opposite side as you twist. That will give the pivot bars the clearance they need to be removed.
