Window cam

This was removed from a customer's window to identify the parts needed to hold window up. Can you tell from these pics which one it could be? The sizes are 1"×13/4" with a thickness of 3/8". Any help would be appreciated. We will need to order balancers too after identifying this part.

Hi there, thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks pretty close to our 15-045. Check out the dimensions and see how they match up. If they seem OK, you may want to look at the S900 spiral balances as a possibility for the balances, too.
