The window started slamming shut and wouldn't stay up. I tilted it in and saw that the little metal piece was cracked. I think it's a window cam but I wasn't sure if there were different sizes for residential windows? Help!

Unfortunately, the cams are not sold separately but your coil balance looks like our S161-07. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
