The pulley system snapped so the current windows cannot lift in place.

I'm sorry to say that we don't have an exact match for this pivot bar. The 26-150 would be the best we can offer from our inventory, though we can't promise it will work. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

As for the balance, we may be able to help, but we would need to see an intact balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
