Hi there! I am very sorry for the long wait; we appreciate your patience during an incredibly busy season.

It sounds like you may need new balances. We're happy to help, but you will need to tilt in the window sash and remove it to expose the balances. We specifically need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Hi Paul, Sorry for the late response.After removing the sash, I took a few pictures of the balance. Could you provide more suggestions?

Since this is a tilt window, see the 3/8" S900 or 5/8" S600. You will have to measure the outer tube to determine the best match. The length is also determined by measuring only the outer tube. For the charging tool, see the 75-006.
