Thanks for posting. It looks like you need new coil balances. These are the spring mechanisms that regulate the window movement. We can help, but we'll need more information to narrow down precisely what you need. Specifically, please remove the coil balance assembly, including the pivot shoe further down the window track that the coils connect to, and show us pictures. The identity of the pivot shoe will tell us the identity of the coil springs you need. Secondly, please measure the width of the coil spring tape: it should be either 1/2" or 3/8". Finally, please give us the exact weight of the window sash that these coil springs support. We'll do our best to assist you from there. The video below shows how to remove and replace these types of assemblies.
