Window casement crank 39-089 - wrong size

Good afternoon,

I recently purchased a window casement crank from you all for our left-side bay window crank and operator. See attached photo - the top is the new one I purchased, and bottom is our old one. It seems to be a match in terms of brand, style etc. but the lever is a bit too long and won't work with our window.

It's model number 39-089. Any chance you can assist in finding the appropriate size? I noticed item 39-087 is similar, but I'm not sure if the lever length is any different. Thanks for any help you can provide, and/or exchange options.

Many thanks, Tom. That looks right - I think the gear arm on the 39-187 may be a bit shorter and thus would fit our window better.

Is it best to simply re-order the correct model, then begin a return for the first one?
