There are no identifiers on the windows or hardware as to the brand. They are windows in an office. I am the business owner and need to know what part to buy to fix the broken ones.

It looks like your operator is stripped. We can help, but we'll need to see photos of the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
