This looks like an awning window operator. We carry a bunch of different styles, which you can see on this page.

If you cannot find a replacement on this page, then I will need more detailed photos and information of your part. Please remove it from the window in its entirety and show me a clear picture of the hole pattern and another of the link arm. I need to see both without obstruction, so it's very important that it's out of the window beforehand.

I'm lookin to replace my current window casement gearboxes. This is currently what I have. I believe your part # 39-025 could be what I'm looking for. Can you steer me in the direct to which replacement I would need. I am attaching more pictures of what I currently own. Your site only allows me to upload 5 pictures, I do have 8 different pictures if you happen to need more. Please let me know.

I agree. Looking over these photos, our 39-025 appears to be our best option. If I were you, I'd just double and triple check your measurements to ensure that they match the dimensions we show for this product.
