Window casement is rotted and handles stripped

Handy Person from Greenville, NC
I have Crestline 4-panel window that are 20+ years old. The two outside panels screw open while the inside panels are fixed. One of the panels is rotted. 2 of the handles have stripped (or so I believe) and will not turn to open. The panels are 54 X 12. Can you help me?
Thanks.

Thanks for writing in. We can help you replace the casement operators and handles, but we'll need to see a picture of one of the operators entirely out of the window, with the link arm(s) in full view. However, I am afraid we do not replace the windows themselves or the frame. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Not sure if this is what you needed or not. Let me know if you need further details. Thanks.
Sorry the pics are upside down (I couldn't get them to turn)

Thanks for getting back to me. Take a look at our 39-216 and 39-217. Your operator looks like it might match, but go over the dimensions to confirm this. For a new handle, see our 39-114L. For a new cover, see our 39-107.
