Take a look at our 90-021. I think this could work for you, but it's just a guess. Compare the hole spacing and other dimensions listed in the product page, and see if you think this could work for you.

Thanks for getting back to me. Judging photos of measuring tape is not an exact science; but this looks like a hole distance of 1-1/2". If that's correct, then this dimension matches the 90-021.
