Window casment operator

Question

Hi there,
I ordered casement operator 39-091 from you guys thinking that it would work for what I have. I based that assumtion on a help thread from your website from 2015. The operator I have has the stamp on it
Interlock World Pats P1090 which is where I came upon that thread. That all being said, the one I ordered is too big for my casement and I'm wondering if you can help me find somethinfg that will work. Hopefully the photos I've included will give enough info. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for posting. I believe you have Renewal by Andersen windows here, which is not a kind of window we can help with. They're a little different from Andersen's main branch and it's difficult to get a hold of their hardware. You'll have to get a hold of Renewal by Andersen directly for assistance. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help.
