Window channel

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to confirm the replacement you need based on the window sticker or that previous customer's post. I'll need to see a photo of your existing balances, removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see photos of the top and bottom plastic attachments as well as the pulley in the center of the balance, connected to the spring.

I've included two video tutorials below with detailed instructions on how to remove/install the balances as well as the information we look for to properly identify them.
