Window channel - 25.25in L, 1/2in W

Question

Hello, I'm having trouble finding the channel balance for my window. The window is 32in(W), and 28in (H). The channel - metal rail only is 25.25(L), 1/2in(W).

I'm not able to find an option that matches the two end clips to my hardware 1-1. Many look similar, but not exact.

The only markings on the window read

25 4 CJ (BSI) DP

Could you help me find replacements for my channel balances? One of my windows is also missing the lock clip - Which I can provide a photo of as well if needed. Let me know if this is enough info/pics to help identify.

Thanks for writing in! I've just sent over a link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. Please let me know if you need a higher quantity of balances.

It is strongly urged to double check the length of the metal channel. You should be aware that the length for the metal channel on these balances will be 25-7/8". So, if your channel is truly 25-1/4", these balances will not work for you. It is quite important to do this prior to placing the order given that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
