Window channel

Thanks for posting. I agree this looks like a Series 351, which comes with the 19-002 and 15-002 nylon attachments. The only other possibility is the Series 390, which has a nylon shoe with a greater depth. To my eye this looks like a Series 351, but double-check to be certain. 

We can replace this for you, but it will have to be a custom order due to its unique length. I'm sending you an email to order two of these balances. If you need a different amount, or have any questions, just let me know here in the discussion. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm afraid these new pictures don't tell us if you have the Series 390 or Series 351. That's not something we can eyeball. You'll have to measure the depth of your shoe as carefully as you can and tell me which of the two Series is closer.

You also mention several other balances. Do these all have the same nylon fittings? For the 16.5" balance, can you confirm that you're only measuring the metal channel? Can you also tell me the stamp for this one? 

Please triple check to make sure the nylon ends on the 16.5" balance are identical to the others. If they differ in any way, we have to see them. Balances aren't designed to have lengths that end on a 1/2". We can make it in this size, but it's very custom, even among other custom orders. Make sure your length measurement is as precise as physically possible.
