Window channel

Hi, Could you help me identify the proper replacement for this 1/2 inch channel? On the back there is stamped marking saying 2430 BSI if that helps. Thank you in advance!!

Thanks for posting. I think our S385-25 channel balance looks like a good alternative. Take a look and see if you agree. Measure the depth of your bottom shoe,like in the diagram below, to make sure it matches up with ours. If everything is a match, then you can go with the 2430 option.
