Window channel balance

Question

Only markings appear to read 20 5 DN Caldwell.The length appears to be 21 inches and 1/2 wide. Looking for 2 replacement balances.

It looks like you have either our S351-21, 15-002, or S390-21, 15-001, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.
