Thanks for posting! This looks like our Series 385, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up you should be good to go.

Keep in mind that the stamp is not a product code, that only indicates the calibration of the spring.

Yes. The 2130 option holds a sash weight of 12-15 pounds.
