A home owner from Hercules CA says:
I need to order two channel balances for my window. The piece is 22 inches in length (not counting the plastic ends). The code on the side is 25 5 DV CMC 2.

Hello there!

You could have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 comes with a 1" deep shoe while the Series 385 comes with a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You will also need the 2550 spring strength option based on your 25 5 stamp.

It's a bit odd that your balance's length is 22". Your 25 5 stamp indicates that your metal channel should measure as 26". We suggest triple checking that measurement, just to be safe.

Thank you you were right! They are 26 inches. Thank you it was the 285
