Window channel balance

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. Before I make my recommendation for the balance, can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? You may want to use an undamaged version of this balance as a reference if the one shown here is too mangled. 

This is perfect, thank you! We can supply replacements for this balance but it will have to be a custom order. What makes it custom is the blue clip and the way it connects to the spring; no stock balance of ours has this spring configuration. 

With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well.

I'm happy to help! There is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom orders; I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with only one balance. Although, it may be a good idea to replace both balances in the window since one of them has broken. We often find that when one breaks the other may be soon to follow. The damaged balance can also cause the newer balance to wear out faster.
