Window channel balance

To further review, we will need to see the balance removed from the window where we can see clear images of the top and bottom nylon attachments.

We will also need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where the pulley and spring connect. 

The 28-9 stamp is an older rating that does not directly translate to our options. To move forward, we will need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
