Window channel balance

Question

I need to replace the window channel balances in some of my windows. Just wanting to see if the correct parts are available. The widows tilt in and there is no name on the windows that I can find. I hope the pictures help.

Thanks for your post! Your window balances can be replaced with the S795-32 Channel Balance with a 32B stamp. Although, to determine if these might need to be custom assemblies, I'll need to know whether the balances install at the top using a screw or a hook.

Please also confirm the width of the shoe. I believe it should be 1-1/4" but I'd like to be sure to double check.
